Crocadon Farmhouse is wonderfully spacious, so even if you have the maximum of 14 guests staying at the house you will be able to dine together (if you wish) around the traditional wooden kitchen table, or divide parties into the impressive dining hall. The inviting sitting room and adjoining games room are alternative relaxing areas, plus six first floor bedrooms and a further optional bedroom or snug room. We are situated on the Cornwall / Devon border, just off the A38 near St. Mellion, so only 20 minutes drive from the city of Plymouth and just 10mins from Saltash train station. St Mellion International Resort is just a walk away. We are blessed with large gardens, orchard and organic farm surrounding the property, overlooking the woodland of the Pentillie Estate.
